On the first Good Friday it appeared to Jesus' closest followers that their hope had died.  We know that they were only days away from seeing God's resurrection power at work in the risen Jesus. Today we experience our own Good Friday fears.  Relationships that seem dead, lives that appear ruined, hopes dashed. 

But we know that God can bring life from death. As we gather to remember Good Friday we will spend time praying for resurrection power over the areas of our life cloaked in death.
